Pericardium meridian

Pericardium Meridian

The pericardium is the area surrounding the heart. It protects and lubricates the heart. The Pericardium meridian regulates the energy around the heart. It removes excess energy, which is important because it disperses energy throughout the body preventing the heart from becoming over-energized.
If you regularly massage the Pericardium meridian (both sides), you will help maintaining a healthy heart. The best time to work on the Pericardium meridian is between 7pm and 9pm. This is the most active time of these meridians during the day. Gently massage and pat along the path (or brush with the palm of your hands) for 3 to 5 minutes on each arm everyday.
