Food for thoughts!

positive thinking

Negativity is a bit like white bread. It is cheap and plentiful. You don’t have to go very far to find it. It fills you up and stops you feeling as if you need anything else. Yet it really doesn’t do any of us any good.

Just as truly healthy, nutritious diets require a bit of extra effort, so positive thought patterns demand a bit more from us. They are certainly not supported or supplied by everyone we meet.

Don’t blame someone else for being down on an idea or doubtful about an arrangement. Just don’t join in with them.
