List your 100 beliefs

I recently attended a mind-shattering, 8 week long workshop, and the homework was digging deep, deep, deep… Of all the assignments, my favorite has been: “List your 100 beliefs.”
Yes, 100.
I thought that was crazy too.
But you know what? It is possible to list 100 beliefs, and it is exhilarating! Here is what I am sure of:

100% of the lottery winners bought a ticket
My hair is a daily reminder that I cannot control everything
Love is the only Force
Kindness is an endangered species that needs a collective worldwide mouth-to-mouth
What is meant to be happens
Life is long
Eating should always be a pleasure. Eat everything, your body needs it.
Everything happens for a reason. The reason might not be clear right away, though.
Crow feet are the splendid imprint of a life of laughter
Time is an ally, not an enemy
You can radically change your life anytime, more than once
The line is thin between positive thinking and denial
There is no absolute truth
Freedom is the key. Let nothing enslave you.
You are not a wife, sister, daughter, your job title. Those are roles. You are a Human Being.
Strong family ties are the only stable rock in your life
Fear is an hologram. Walk through it.
The world is a vast sandbox where everything can be experienced and experimented. That is why it is the way it is.
Sunlight is a vital source of happiness
Do more than dream, act. Do more than believe, practice.
Enjoy the little things. They are not little.
