Reiki (pronounced Ray Key) is a holistic therapy that brings about healing on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. Reiki is a Japanese word meaning Universal Life force.
Reiki is a technique that transfers the universal energy (“Rei”) to a living being to balance and strengthen the recipient’s own vital energy (“Ki”).
Since the original traditional Reiki developed by Dr Usui, many new modalities have been developed. Sekhem Seichim Reiki (SSR) is one of them, and the most powerful of all (I have received a few SSR sessions, that changed my life).
Sekhem is an Egyptian word meaning power.
It denotes the all-encompassing essential force that is present in all life forms. Seichim is living light energy as well as an ancient Egyptian system of healing wisdom. Sekhem-Seichim-Reiki (SSR) is a unique integration that works as a unified trinity to balance and harmonize one’s physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. The individual is able to carry more light and love, while strengthening the essential life force within one’s energy system.
SSR encompasses the premise that the symptoms found in one level of a person’s energy field usually have corresponding components in other levels. For example, a physical symptom (e.g. backache) may have matching emotional components (e.g. suppression of emotion).
SSR helps release energy blocks, hence allowing for improved energy levels and healing. The positive effects are cumulative, over successive sessions, as the individual moves through the healing process. Recipients usually experience a new lease of life, a greater sense of purpose and heightened self awareness.
SSR can assist a person in finding his or her soul’s purpose. It also enhances communication with one’s spiritual guides. SSR is closely linked with ancient Egyptian immortals such as Ra, Osiris, Isis, Anubis, Horus etc whose power will also be experienced in the healing session, when needed. SSR is also closely linked with the power of goddesses, which provide a strong support in love, emotional and relationship issues. You’d seek SSR if you need: a better understanding of the self or inner spiritual guidance; heal traumatic situations such as separation, loss etc. (even from past lives); or to discover what you feel is missing in your life.
